The construction of our BSI custom home on 108th Street was a fun and exciting experience. Ken Bates spent a great number of hours personally overseeing the construction of our home, down to the smallest detail. Ken is very meticulous and detail conscious, the result being a beautiful well constructed home. Being amateurs at house building, BSI helped us in many areas where we were inexperienced, making economical practical suggestions.
