Letter from Builder...

    It seems like only yesterday, December 1987, when I found myself out of a job in a declining Arizona Real Estate and Construction market. General Homes, my employer at the time, was facing massive losses in both it's Texas and Arizona markets. So, coupled with rising interest rates and falling new home sales, we built our first two custom homes....SPEC! That's right, we spec'd homes in that market. I must have been crazy.

However, with some long hours, hard work, and a lot of luck, those spec's sold. More importantly, I met other home buyers who entrusted me to build their custom dream homes. My family and I are especially grateful to those first home buyers who recognized that sheer hard work and enthusiasm could make up for a lack of experience.

Today, we are proud to be recognized among the top Custom Home Builders in the North Valley. We still work hard. We still approach each home with that same enthusiasm...and now we have a lot of experience!
