Dear Ken, We are now moved and settled in our new home that you built for us, and we are writing to thank you for indeed building us a very "fine home", for a fine home is what it truly is. As we told you when we first met you, this is the 6th home we have built, and it is the "finest" of them all. As far as we are concerned, this is it. There is no need to build any more homes!

From our very first appointment you listened to our "wants and needs", and as we began the process of planning you helped us turn our dreams into reality. From the planning stages to the clearing of the lot and the beginning of construction, you were always available to answer questions and make suggestions so that what we saw in our mind's eye and what was on paper all came together. Each stage of construction has been exciting for us.

We have appreciated your honesty and forthrightness each step of the way - from beginning to completion; and your statement that "it isn't right until it's right with us"!

Again, we truly thank you for helping us realize a new, lovely, very fine home!
