Ken Bates became our contractor 45% of the way through the completion of our home when our first contractor abandoned the job. After interviewing 5 contractors, we chose BSI due to their willingness to help us complete the home and to document the condition of the home before beginning work. Ken is very concerned with quality and value, he guided us in placing our money in upgrades in the house, which would give us the best return on our investment. BSI has an excellent construction supervisor which schedules subcontractors in for work around our schedule and calls to confirm and update us on issues relating to the subcontractor. We would look to BSI for the building of another home for us in the future.
